We want you to love your Westman Atelier products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that gently used items may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all components are included, and securely attach the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
